フロアマネージャー(？)は日本語のできる女性、厨房は外国の大使館にも勤務されてたフロアマネージャーのお姉様。
店内そんなに広くないので、家庭的、うん、誰々さんちのキッチンという雰囲気。いついっても、温かく楽しいお店です。
タイ語の料理名が中々覚えきれないのですが、
・タイ風ポークの肉団子
ハーブの効いた肉団子、おつまみに最適
・タイ風牛肉と香味野菜のサラダ
かなり辛いです。連れはヒイヒイ言ってました。
・ガパオチャーハン
よく、ガパオライスって食べるけど、ひき肉を炒めたものが、のってることかと思ってたけど、ガパオは、タイのバジルなんですって。知らなかった。
それを使ったチャーハン、毎回美味しいです。
他、クン(海老)パッポンカレーとか、もう一品頼んだけどどれも、美味しいことだけ間違いないです。
