調布：百店街の真面目で旨い立ち飲み
あのラグビー日本代表の名スクラムハーフ
流大（ながれ ゆたか）が前日ここに来たという。
南ア戦の最初の君が代斉唱で彼は大泣きした。
イケメンなのに心は熱い。
15時口開けの客で入る。
2階の椅子席は17時から。
やはりここは肉巻きが最高である。
前回気に入った
小ネギは必須、
後はオクラ、納豆。
生レモンサワーで乾杯。
ここはとってもメンテがいい。
カウンターに埃はないのは当然、
トイレもびっくりするほどきれい。
肉巻きが焼けるまでと
煮込んだほっこり大根を無料お通しで。
肉巻きもやっぱり旨い。
オープン間もない頃、
サントリーラグビー部員が本業の営業でここに突撃してから
ここはサントリーファン。

調布：百店街の立ち飲みで昼から一杯
調布駅前の立ち食いそば屋を後にした御一行様は、
駅沿いに東に進み、
シブい店が並ぶ百店街に潜入。
15時から開いてる店が幾つかあるが、
そのひとつ「フジヤマテキサス」は
この日は定休日と知っていたので、
もう一軒のここ「極楽よだれ酒場」に向かうが、
店が見つからない。
行ったり来たりして、
ようやく見つけるが、
暖簾がかからず閉まったまま。
15時丁度に中を覗くと人がいたので、
無理やり目を合わせると、
おにいちゃんが出てきて、
やってる？
と聞くと、あぁやります、
と暖簾をかけはじめた。
要は平日この時間からスタートする客はいないので
のんびり構えてたというわけ。
入ると1階は完全立ち席
（2階はテーブル席のようである）。
Kにいさんはハイボール、
私はバイスサワーを注文。
サービスのキャベツの浅漬けが出される。
おススメ料理を聞くと、
肉巻きとおばんざいと云うので、
煮たまご肉まき（＠200円+）2本、
しょうが肉まき（200円+）、
白レバー（300円+）
をとりあえず。
さっそく乾杯♪
サービスの浅漬けはさっぱりしてて、
おにいさんの料理の腕の良さが垣間見える。
注文を受けてから肉を巻いて焼き始めた
焼き串が届く。
煮玉子を二つに割り、
豚バラを巻いて串を刺したもの、
千切り生姜を豚バラで巻いて串を刺したもの、
白レバーはひとかけの大きさがずいぶん大きい。
いずれも味がしっかりなので、
八味（七味に花椒を足した福山の香辛料）を足すだけで十分。
煮玉子のトロトロ感が豚バラの旨みに閉じ込められる。
生姜千切りも豚肉と相性がいい。
レバーは煮込まれ柔らかくいい味。
バイスサワーの
中（300円+）
をお願い。

ホッピーセット（450円+）
腕がいいのでやはりおばんざいをいただこうと
牛肉豆腐（600円+）
をお願い。
小鉢に山盛りで出してくれた。
肉豆腐はやっぱり豚ではなく牛がありがたい。
牛肉、牛スジがとろとろに煮込まれて
とってもいい味、
パンを浸けたり白ご飯にぶっかけたりしたら、
これは旨いだろう♪

I had about an hour of free time, so I decided to grab a drink here. It used to be open from 3pm, but now it opens from 5pm. A valuable non-smoking store. The time period that has just opened. There was standing room on the first floor, but when I went there, chairs were set up. The grilled meat rolls are exquisite here, but the grill hasn't been lit yet and I only have one cup, so I ordered [b: draft beer] @ 660 yen, [b: radish] @ 200 yen, and [b: quail rolls] from the oden menu. ]＠200 yen please. Cheers with some carefully brewed draft beer♪ The oden has not yet been made, and the daikon radish is still hard. A group of older men from the neighborhood entered the store with a lively buzz. Thank you for the perfect timing and paying 1,720 yen with PayPay.
