料理4評価：大き目の串ネタを炎で焼くのではなく、遠火でじっくりと熱を入れる丁寧な焼き方。
その分、時間はかかるが出来上がりは立ち飲みとは思えぬ極上の旨さに仕上がっている。
ネタの種類は豊富でどれを食すか迷うが、決めかねるならセットで間違いない。
サービス3評価：可もなく不可もなく標準。
雰囲気3評価：綺麗な店内で、立ち飲みにありがちな油ギトギトの汚れはない。
