Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) /Fuda Branch @ Chofu City, Tokyo (Fuda) @ Yakitori Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) are normally open only at night, but for the time being they are open for lunch, and you can enjoy delicious Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). It is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building at the end of the rotary in front of Fuda Station on the Keio Line.The ChocoZAP fitness center on the 1st floor and this store are all made of glass, so you can see the inside of the store from the outside and it stands out. At night, it's an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) serving yakitori and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), but it's also open for lunch, offering four types of dishes Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), curry, stir-fried meat and vegetables set, and fried chicken set. The interior of the restaurant has all glass windows, giving it an open feel, with 5 counter seats facing the semi-open kitchen, 5 counter seats facing the window, 3 plain wood tables for 4 people, and 1 for 6 people. Lunch is not mentioned on various information sites, but there is a large curtain in the window indicating that the restaurant is open. The time was short, from 11:45 until the rice ran out, and today too, the customers after us were turned away because they were out of rice. It was 12:30. Lunch is a one-off service, so ordering is done through a ticket vending machine or self-service. I slipped in just in time and chose Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) 880 yen). I was surprised when it turned out. The fluffy egg binding is topped with a raw egg, they use good quality chicken, and the rice is delicious. This is a wonderful Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). It also came with udon noodles. Although the tsuyu is a bit salty, the taste of the chewy udon with a small amount of tempura is more than I expected. I'm sure Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) at this restaurant are delicious at night, so I'd like to come and check it out at night as well.
