調布駅（京王線）地上出口すぐの場所にある肉料理のお店。駅前広場に面していて、テラス席もあります。京王線地下化によって誕生した場所に2017年にオープンしています。
コロナ禍の中、テラス席は私にとって非常に嬉しいですね。
「肉が旨い」を売りにしています。今回はランチタイムに訪問。ランチタイムは午後３時までと比較的遅めの設定は嬉しい。カフェ利用している方も若干いました。
お店の売りのハンバーグは最もシンプルな「プレーンハンバーグ」が968円。ただしパンやドリンクは別料金になります。サラダは付いてきます。
ハンバーガー936円＋ジンジャーエール220円（実際の合計金額は端数の関係で1155円でした）
まずはランチサラダとジンジャーエールが到着。ちょっと気になったのは、ジンジャーエールも水もグラスにかなり傷が付いているということ。おそらく、食洗機による傷だと思いますが。木になる方は気になると思います。ジンジャーエールは比較的甘めでジンジャーは弱め。
そして、ハンバーガーが到着。肉はミンチが細かく、あまりグリル感がありません。私には肉の旨味があまり感じられず。パテは比較的厚め。
現在、世界的な情勢により牛肉の価格が急騰しているので、もしかするとその影響なのかもしれませんね。
気候が非常に良い日に訪問したので、屋外のテラス席は快適そのもの。以前のように、マスク外して外を散歩できる日が１日でも早く来ますように。
