調布の焼き鳥屋巡り。調布百店街の向こうの、拡幅中の通り沿いにあります。
コの字のカウンター席のみで、14席あるそう。
焼き鳥は炭火で焼くせいか、すでに灰がテーブルに落ちてます。各卓に扇子もあるのですが、使い方は、灰をはたくため‥‥？わかりません。
お通しが、手羽先と大根を鶏スープで煮込んだもののようです。手羽先は、軟骨まで柔らかくなってほろほろ、大根もクタクタ、鶏スープのお味も沁み渡ります。
ビールと共に楽しみ、お通しは400円、メニューは税別だそう。
まず、塩の鶏ユッケですが、ササミの外を火を通したもので、中は生なので、食中毒の可能性があることを了解しつつの注文です。
卵を混ぜて塩胡椒の効いたササミは、なかなかにうまい。
串は、ササミワサビ、白レバー、ぼんじり、かわ、ハツを頼みます。
こちらは、とりわさとなるササミは、中まで火は通ってますが、紙一重な柔らかさ。白レバーは、トゥルットゥルなプリプリ感で、また美味。
ぼんじりは、外はカリカリ、中はジューシーや感じに仕上げてあり、これまた美味です。ハツは小ぶりで、塩との相性もいい。
調布では、鳥勝がうまいなー、と思ってましたが、こちらも美味しくて、甲乙つけ難いな。メニューが少ない鳥勝は、シンプルに鶏を楽しむ感じで、メニューが豊富なこちらは、料理とお酒を楽しむ感じがしました。
半熟卵の燻製醤油焼きは、ビジュアルがうまそうなので頼みますが、卵って、罪な味ですよね。つくづくそう思う。半熟卵がうまいので、燻製の炭焼きでどこまでプラスでうまかったかは、正直わかりませんが、普通においしいよ。
プレミアムハイボールを頼もうとしたけど、壁に「スコッチハイボール 700円」と書いてあって、絵はボウモアなので、こっちに。水割りのようなグラスにハイボール。炭酸足りないよね。臭くて、スコッチ感あるので、私は好きですよ笑
「濃かったら炭酸足します」って言われたけど、ウイスキー好きのおっさんなので、これでいいです。
締めて3,910円。まあ、一人飲みはもう少し安く仕上げたいのだけど、まあ、心地よく楽しめるお店かな。
一人女子の来訪も多かったので、居心地と、味の良さに惹かれるのでしょう。煙いのさえ許せれば、デートにもいいと思います。
混んでる、って書いてあったけど、今もそうなのかしら。混みすぎると、フラッと寄りづらいから、ちょっとだけ空いてて欲しい。
