調布トリエの飲食店街にある、北海道なイタリアン。
ランチできたことは何度かありますが夜は実は初めて。
とはいえ実は二次会なのです。
お酒を飲んだあと誰かが言った「スイーツが食べたい」。
気がついたらトリエをあがりこちらに来てました。
目的はスイーツでしたが、不思議なものでお店に入ると何か食べたくなる。
と言う事で頼んだのが、豚肉とスカルモッツァのピザ。
豚肉のひき肉？にチーズがかかったシンプルな一品ですがなかなか面白い味。
余計な味付けがなく、チーズの味が強い一方豚肉の風味が主張してくる。
一瞬合わないかも？と思わせつつ、気がついたらくせになるようなピザでした。
ティラミスはまさに王道。
とろけるようなマスカルポーネにココアの僅かな苦味。
とても美味しかったです。
