ランチタイムに入りました。
知っているお店だけに安心感がありましたが、
ごちゃっとした居酒屋風で利休ってこんなんだったっけ？と驚く。
お得なランチ限定メニューもあったのですが、
牛タンをシンプルに食べることのできるメニューがなかったので
どの時間帯でも注文できる通常メニューの「牛タン定食」にしました。
そんな牛タン定食も、枚数の違いやサイドメニューの違いなど、いろいろな種類があって
様々なニーズに合いそうと思う一方、情報が多すぎて選ぶのが大変。
店内は、狭いスペースながらも工夫されています。
横並びの席とテーブル席。
横並びの席は、仕切りのカーテンをあげると向かい側の横並び席と合わせて
４人以上の席にもなるから便利。
夜メニューは宮城の食を中心としたおつまみメニューも充実していました。
「牛タン定食」３枚６切れで1782円。
麦飯、テールスープ付き。
お肉のうまみは強いですが、ときおり筋っぽさや
かたさも感じます。
テールスープは、作ってからまだ時間がたっていないのか
お肉ががかたくてスープに味もでてない。
肉の臭みも感じられてもっと煮込んでくれ～！と思ったスープ。
なんとなく全体的にご飯もスープも牛タンの焼き方も
もう少し努力してほしいなと思いました。
店舗によってこんなにも味が違うものかとちょっと残念。
