調布駅（京王線）からすぐの場所にある駅ビル「トリエ」のA館5階レストランフロアにある仙台発の牛たんのお店。平日の夕方に訪問しましたが、「もりもり寿司」のみは整理券を発行し、かなりの待ち時間。それ以外のお店は閑散としていました。
このお店はカウンター席とテーブル席があり、一人客も利用しやすい設計。定番の「牛たん定食」は３枚６切だと1980円。（お店の入口にある価格表は1800円と大きく書かれていて、その脇に小さく「税込1980円）と書かれています。）
牛たん定食３枚６切1980円
牛たん焼、日替わり小鉢、麦飯、テールスープ、和菓子で構成。まずは日替わり小鉢の牛たんのスモークが到着。これはビールにあるおつまみ系の一品。
しばらくすると、残りが一緒に運ばれてきました。
まずは牛たんを一口。今では「牛たん」は都内で普通に食べることができますが、以前は都内では、厚切り牛たんは一般的でなかったので、牛たんの美味しさに驚いた記憶があります。
今でも、脂が適度に乗った牛たんは美味しいですね。ただし、かなり塩が強いのも事実。あくまでも、「ご飯のおかず」を意識して作られた料理なので、この塩の強さは仕方ないのかもしれませんね。
ご飯の量は調節可能。テールスープを楽しみ、あんこと抹茶の一口スイーツを最後に口に入れて、ごちそうさまでした。正直、飽食の時代になり、昔ほど感動しなくなったのも事実かな。
最近は牛肉の価格が高騰。コロナ禍もあり、なかなか経営も大変だと思いますね。
