テレビの取材が絶えない広島風お好みの「まや徳」が入ってる建物群の2階、
以前は小桃堂というマッサージのお店がやっていたカフェ、「あわキッチン」
かよわいおにいさんが焼いたパンを1階に降りてきて売っていたのが懐かしい。
撤退後、階段下に小さなバイクがよく停まり
なんだか作業していた。
そのうちお店のHPやFBが出来、自分たちで改装している様がユーチューブにアップされた。

私が好きな焼鳥屋「鳥次郎」が入ってる建物の1階に入ってる
バー「ボトルズ」が姉妹店。
グランドオープンの日、2軒目で訪れる。
BGMはテンポのいい洋楽女性ボーカル。
窓際のカウンター席に座る。
五島列島の神経〆した魚、
養老ミート経由の飛騨牛、
クラフトビール
をウリにする店。
この日はグラス赤ワインは2種、
ボディのある方をお願いし、
野生のルッコラとパルミジャーノサラダ（700円）
しんたま肉のタリアータ（1,800円）
を注文。
グラスワインで乾杯。
さほど重くはなく飲みやすい赤。
サラダが届き、目の前でパルミジャーノを削ってくれる。
ルッコラのいい苦みは好きだ。
ワインがすぐ空いたが、この日はこれ以上重いのはないようなので
ボンベイサファイヤジンをロックでお願い。
タリアータが届く。
デフォの添え物はパルミジャーノだが、さっき食べたので
気を利かせてホースラディッシュに代えてくれた。
非常に柔らかく美味しいお肉。
養老町出身のシェフ自らパスタを勧めてくれたが、
今日は2軒目なんでとお断りしてお勘定。
2人で5,500円。
これからどう化けるか楽しみな店である。
