Trattoria filo @ Chofu City, Tokyo (Sengawa) @ Italian Cuisine, pasta, risotto Relax in a stylish restaurant. All of the dishes were delicious, but the parmigiano cheese risotto really knocked me out. When you climb the steep stairs and open the door, you are greeted by a surprisingly warm and wonderful space.
