職場が国領にある友人に誘われて祝日の昼過ぎに初訪問しました。お店は柴崎亭の系列らしく、京王線国領駅から徒歩2分程の便利な場所にあります。
店内はモノトーンを基調とした落ち着いた大人の雰囲気。ジャズのBGMが流れ、イタメシが出てきても違和感がない、ラーメン屋らしからぬオシャレなお店です。店員さんの対応も丁寧で、ラーメン屋では珍しく、使い捨てタイプですが「おしぼり」も出てきます。
・わんたん中華そば ¥1,000
醤油スープは動物系と魚介系のバランス良いコクのある和風の味わいで、ストレート麺の整った麺線が綺麗です。具材はしっとり柔らかなチャーシュー、メンマ、お麩、貝割れ大根。わんたんは肉ぎっしり、皮がツルツルの口当たりで4個入っています。
麺・スープ・具材のバランスが良いだけでなく、お値段もお財布に優しくてコスパ抜群。リピート確定です。ご馳走様でした。
