国領駅前に何やら美味しそうなラーメン屋さん。
いつも並んでいるから、興味津々でトライしてみました。
入口に入ってすぐ右手に券売機があり、こちらのお店では、現金は使えずスマホ決済またはクレジットカードでの支払い。
初めてなので、まずはお店一番の八王子中華そばにワンタントッピングで注文。
出てきたラーメンは見た目も麗しいなんとも美味しそうなラーメン。
まずはスープを一口飲んでみる。煮干しとあるが、さっぱりとしたスープで、煮干しの臭みや苦味もなく美味しい❗️
そして、麺は丸麺でコシもありスープと絡んでこちらも良き。
トッピングのワンタンも、皮はツゥるんとしてお肉もたっぷり入って私好み。

チャーシューは、きれいなピンク色の肩ロースを使った柔らかめのチャーシュー。こちらも良き良き。
無心で麺を啜り、スープを飲む。
最後まで美味しく、スープはさっぱりとしてそしてお腹いっぱい。
ひさしぶりに美味しい煮干しラーメンに出会えました。
