久しぶりのこのチェーン店に伺いました。
勢いがあったのは２０年前くらいでしょうか？
チェーンのラーメン店としては高価格帯かと思いますが
醤油は風味もあり、スープも動物系の旨みが主体で化学調味料はサブという真面目な味かと思います。
麺はチュルチュル、多加水なため小麦粉の風味を感じるものではありません。
麺、チャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ少々という構成なので栄養バランスは少々気になりますが
昭和時代のラーメンという雰囲気は味わえます。
