スタイリッシュなスペインバルは食事もサービスもこなれている
自主遅番(?)なので、昼は調布駅で食べる事にしました。
隣のイタリアンは訪問済なので、こちらのスパニッシュに初挑戦です。
◆パエリアランチ 1,600円
サラダ、デザート、ドリンク付き
・サラダは赤カブをサイコロ切りしたお洒落な見た目。ドレッシングに酸味があり、粉チーズと合わさって美味しくいただきました。
・パエリアは「篠島産 しらすと大葉のパエリア」を選択。最初に鉄プレート端のお焦げをこそぎ落とすようにアドバイスあり。いい具合に味付けされていて、しらすも大葉も立ち上がっていました。
・食後のコーヒーはあまり期待していなかったのですが、とても美味しくてビックリ（失礼）。

初回は一人で平日ランチを食べましたが、1月の始めの今日は家族4人で伺いました。
正月と言うことで、娘達はスパークリングで、夫婦はノンアルで乾杯
オシャレな雰囲気にテンション上がったのか、長女が注文をガツンとリード。やや多めの注文となりました。
神経〆した真鯛(高知県)を炙ったカルパッチョは、鯛の旨みをオイルで優しく包み込んだ美味しい前菜でした。ポテトサラダは生ハムとゴーダチーズがたっぷりで粘度が高く濃厚ですが、くどさは感じない逸品です。
釜焼きパーネ(ピザ生地パン)が気になり注文。これには釜揚げしらすと卵のアヒージョを合わせました。モチモチのパーネと半熟卵をしらすに広げて食べるアヒージョの組合せも良いマリアージュでした。
メインはオーソドックスなお米のパエリャと変わり種のショートパスタのパエリャ(FIDEUA: フィデワ)を注文。どちらもスマートに美味しいパエリャでした。
私は最後にエスプレッソをダブルで飲んで締めました。かなり本格的な味わいです。
料理はもちろんですが、お店の雰囲気が気に入ったらしく、娘達は女子会に利用できるねと語っていました。
