There was a stylish Spanish bar in front of Chofu Station that you could use for a date or a girls' night out! ! I was surprised because I had no idea that Chofu had a good restaurant with a nice atmosphere...LOL There is terrace seating in front of the store, and it looks like it would be a good place for a heartwarming spring lunch or a summer dinner in the evening breeze. The menu inside, on the plates, and on the mini board is also cute. Although it's a Spanish bar, the concept seems to be a fusion of Spain and Japan. The drinks lineup includes wine, craft beer, whiskey, cocktails, and more that you won't find at your average bar or Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). In particular, the wines are carefully selected, with a focus on Spanish wines, so that they can be enjoyed as a pairing with Spanish Cuisine. Today's fresh fish carpaccio, the oil and saltiness bring out the flavor of the ingredients. Sparkling or refreshing white wine would go well with it. Ajillo is not baguette, but a chewy bread called kamayaki pane. The oil absorbs well. The spiced chicken fried spring rolls are a must-have, and the cinnamon scent gives them an indescribable elegance. And the specialty here is paella. This paella uses pasta called fidewa instead of rice, giving you a taste of Spain. Unlike rice, the appeal of Fidewa is that you can enjoy the burnt texture. You can also enjoy the flavor of Seafood. The desserts are also quite authentic, so be sure to try them. Both the Basque cheesecake and chocolate latte are not too sweet and taste like adults. The service and staff are so hospitable that you will want to use them again. It was a very comfortable shop where I had good memories.
