今日は昼食作りが不要なので、お昼を食べに出かけてきました。
調布にある「ILL FROGS」。
前から気になっていたハンバーガー屋さんです。
11時過ぎに行ったら、先客2名。
でも、二人ともあっという間に食べ終えて帰っちゃった！
素早い～ （＠＠；）
お店の推しはチリチーズやチリベーコンのようですが、
私はアボカドチーズバーガーに決まり！
チーズはチェダー・モッツァレラ・スモークから選べるということで
チェダーにしてみました。
せっかくなのでジンジャーエール（辛口）も付けました。
さあ、アボカドチーズバーガーが到着です。

全体の構成はこんな感じかな？
とにかくボリューミーですね～♪
ポテトはナチュラルカット。
意外と白っぽい仕上がりです。
バンズはブリオッシュタイプ。
ふんわりしたバンズです。
さーて、いただいてみますか。
はぐっ！ もぐっ！
ダメでした。 (^^;)
全然齧れませんでした。(笑)
でも、この厚みがうれしいですね～
なんとか頑張ってかぶりついてみると、
パティの肉感がかなりしっかりしているのがわかりました。
火はしっかり通っていますがパサパサしているわけではなくて
肉肉しさ全開といったところ。
アボカドやチーズにも負けないお肉です。
なるほど、レタスの位置によって随分雰囲気が変わるんですね。
レタスが上の方にあるとレタスのさっぱり感が先にきますが、
肉が上の方にあると、まずは肉の食感が強くなりますね。
そっか、重ね方って大事だったんだ。
というわけで大変美味しくいただきましたが、
手も口の周りもベッタベタになりました。(笑)
