繁華街からは、ちょっと離れたビル２Fに、
オープンしたこちらのお店。
店内の様子は、通りからも
窓ガラス越しにうかがえるのですが、
オープン当初から、
幅広い年齢のお客さんでにぎわっているので、
興味深々でございました。
お通しは、ネギのお浸しと鶏ハム。
ネギがほど良く焦げて、
本来の甘さが引き出され、
美味でございます。
いただいたのは、
焼鳥おまかせ7種盛、鶏の半身揚げ、
親子丼、鶏スープなど。
また、焼鳥おまかせ7種盛は、
ももわさ、カシラ、ボン尻、振袖、レバー、
美桜鶏の特選串（もも、ムネなど）。
それぞれを単品でいただくのより、
相当お得になっていると思います。
焼き鳥は、お寿司屋さんのように、
カウンターから目の前のお皿に
１本づつ提供されるので、
これが「フリソデね」などと、
友人と会話しながら、
部位のごとの旨味を
堪能できるのがいいですね。
また、焼き鳥の肉のポーションが、
いずれも大きめ。
表面の香ばしさと、中の肉汁のしたたり、
両方味わうにはやっぱりある程度の
大きさが必要だと思うんですが、
こちらはそれが実現できるサイズ。
焼き加減もバツグンで、美味しいです。
親子丼は、好みからすると
少々火が入りすぎ。
キッチンで、つまみ上げても
壊れない黄味のタフぶりに、
スタッフさんもテンション上がってたけど、
それだけの黄身なので、
もっと生食したいのが
個人的な希望ではありました。
スタッフさんの気配りも、
お料理のクオリティも大満足。
「居酒屋」でなくて「焼き鳥屋」。
酒を飲むための焼き鳥でなく、
焼き鳥を楽しむためのお店が、
とうとう調布にもできたかと、
うれしく思いました。
