肉汁が普通の餃子より多いかな、けど皮（餃子のサイズ）として元々小さいので、、、
皮は厚めで、モチモチなのは特徴。だが、具が多い方がいいのでありがたくはない▲
中国人ご夫妻とおぼしき2人でオペレーション。日本語お得意な奥様が接客担当。スムーズじゃない日本語の話し方が可愛らしいが、小声低音で旦那と話す時のトーンとの差が大きくて怖い、、、
自分の時は、以前は近所に住んでいたが、地方に転勤してひさしぶりにここに食べに来たご家族が『おいしい餃子を子どもに食べさせたくて』と、店の奥様とテンション高く話していたが、それほどでもないぞ！と冷めて聞いていた。
店舗併設の一軒家を調布市の駅徒歩圏内におそらく新築でお建てになられるうらやましさもあり。
