オリーブの香りが鼻に抜ける。キャベツのシャキシャキ感がいい。
ローストサーモン
サーモン自体がすごく新鮮で美味しい。
ローストチキンとグリーンソース
ローストの香りがかなりしっかりと付いているが、ピクルスの入ったグリーンソースと合わせることでうまく中和されている。
パスタ
魚介のトマトソース
辛さがしっかりとしたトマトソース
旨みをすごく感じる。コラトゥーラ？
魚介の食感はあえてそうしているのかわからないが、柔らかめで、ぷりぷりとした感じはあまりなかった。
牛スネ肉のチーズソース
ベースはアーリオオーリオでチーズを最後に足した感じ？
牛スネ肉はほろほろとして、とてもおいしかった。
ティラミス
柔らかめのティラミスで、プリンのような味がした。
