軽井沢のエンボカ、美味しかったなぁ。
代々木上原のエンボカは閉店してしまいました。
とおもったら、どこの駅からも遠いこんな所に新しいエンボカさん、出現！
幸い我が家からは自転車圏内なので、行って来ました。
事前情報より値上がりしたランチセットは1900円。
しかも、コーヒーは別料金(300円)になっています。
彩りの良いサラダはこんもり。
お皿を冷やしてあるという心遣い。
フレンチドレッシングもほどよい酸味で美味しい。
ピザはハーフ&ハーフにできます。
種類が多い中きら選んだのは、ちりめん山椒と九条ねぎ(この日は九条ねぎがなくて、普通の青ネギ)、野沢菜と胡麻豆腐。
山椒の芳香がたまりません。
溶けた胡麻豆腐って、匂わないチーズみたいにクリーミー。
生地の焦げ具合も鼻をくすぐります。
確かに美味しいピザです。
和風食材を使ったものが面白いですね。
ちょっとお高めのお値段以外は大満足。
このお値段ならコーヒーぐらいはついていた方が良いなぁ。
