鯖のラーメンがあるという情報が入り
何か食べてみたくなり訪問しました。
平日の開店直後、続々と入店客あり。
■ 二代目鯖そば＋あじたま
根菜類のブイヨンと焼き鯖等を丸ごと
使用したラーメンらしく美味いです♪
らーめん砦グループ代表の方が考案？
鯖は少しクセあり食材だと思いますが
苦手な人でも美味しく楽しめる風味に
上手に鯖の旨みを引き出してる印象。
この鯖そばは定期的に食べたいです！
■ おうちカレー
単品注文不可のサイドメニューですが
２００円と超良心的な価格のカレー♪
やっぱり鯖の旨みも入っているらしく
個性も感じる美味しいカレーに満足！
女性の方が店主なのか接客も温かくて
近くに行く際は寄りたいお店ですね♪
他のメニューも色々と食べたいです！
