鯖そば810円+味玉100円をいただく。平日12時前、ほぼ満席。入れ替わりで入店。
やや白濁の鶏スープに鯖風味プラスで美味しいスープ。歯応えのよいストレート麺と合います。
鶏胸肉のチャーシュー、紫玉葱、ニラ、フライドオニオンに豆苗系の野菜。なかなか纏まりのヨイ具材たちです。
個性的でありますがとても調和のとれた一杯でした。
味玉は特別感はありませんがアクセントとしてヨイです。
カウンターのみの小さなお店ですが、コミック単行本があったりゆるりとした空気感があって雰囲気イイですね。
引っ越し後やっと来れました。界隈北口にモンスター新店できました。門番も含め賑やかな柴崎になるとイイですね。
