柴崎サルベージシリーズ③
ウグイスの後のどんぐりさん。
こちらは鯖そば推しで、なんたかテレビで取材されたりとある意味有名なお店のようですね。
朗らかな女性店主のワンオペでしたが手際は良かったですし、盛り付けも丁寧で綺麗でした。
そしてやはり飲んだ後の魚介系スープは体に染み渡る…
鯖の風味、旨味が凄く強くて純銅100％って感じ。
細麺との相性も良く、そのマリアージュは相当研究され尽くしている模様。
最後にご飯を入れておじや風に〆られるのも良きです。
また呑んだくれた後に一杯いただきに。
※勿論シラフでも美味しいですよ！
