二年ぶりに 訪れる店で 鯖のコクと チャーシューと共に 安定の味わい

移転前のお店に伺ったのが2021年7月なので、およそ2年振りの訪問になります。

◆二代目鯖そば　850円
◆味玉　100円

味も雰囲気も移転前と全く同じで、嬉しくなります。食べ進めると鯖のコクが染み出してきます。
チャーシュー(鶏)はややパサつきを感じますが、麺・つゆと一緒に食べることにより味わいが増してきます。
前回訪問時は進化系の予感ありと書きました。ですが、安定も重要ですね。
