B'zのLIVE-GYM「STARS」に参戦するために、調布駅に早めに到着。調布駅前にあるエビスバーさんにお邪魔しました。昼というのに店内は多くのお客で賑わっており、予約していて良かったと思いました。
予約席のテーブルに案内され、メニューを見るとエビスビールの種類が豊富にあり、いろいろ楽しめます。酒の肴も充実していて、美味しい料理が豊富にあります。
【エビスビール】
○ニューオリジル：期間限定のエビスビールで、130年前以上前の初代ホップを若手醸造家が現代の製法と独自のアイデアを注ぎ込み、当時では引き出せなかった香りと美味しさが楽しめるビールです。
○マイスター：香り高いロイヤルリーフホップを一部使用したエビスの最高峰を目指したふくよかな薫りと研ぎ澄まされたコクが特徴のビールです。
○ブラック：炭焼きされた特別な麦芽「プレミアムロースト麦芽」と、3度にわたって麦芽のうまみを引き出し伝統的な3回煮沸法。エビスらしい味わいに吟味された酵母で長期熟成させたビールです。
○美白乙女：白桃の甘みとりんご酢の酸味が効いた、甘くて酸っぱい乙女心のような味わいのクセになりそうなビールです。
ビールに合う肴も充実しており、もっちりとやわらかいレバーの「軽く炙った鶏レバー」やチョリソーソーセージ、マスタードソーセージ、ポークソーセージ、ガーリックソーセージ、ヴァイスヴルスト、あらびきソーセージの6種類ソーセージが盛合せになった「北海道産ソーセージ6種類盛合せ」は特にビールのお供に最高です。
味の素スタジアムで開催されるLIVEなどに参戦する際には、飛田給駅付近には飲食店が少ないので、調布駅で飲食を楽しんだ方がいいと思います。また味の素スタジアムでLIVEがある際にはお邪魔したいです。
