14:30頃に来訪。店内は先客1名でした。
入口付近の券売機にてつけめんと炙り肉丼を購入し席へと降臨します。
そして待つ事5分強で着丼したのが写真の物体。
麺 細めの中太ちょい縮れ麺。茹で加減はかなり良くてツルツルとした喉越しと中々の歯応えも有る。全粒粉なのかな？かなり良い麺。味の有る昆布水がついている。
つけ汁 鴨と地鶏出汁に醤油味。結構クドくない甘みが有る。鶏の出汁はかなり感じるのだが鴨感はそんなに無いかも。酸味や辛みは無い。
具 鶏チャーシュー(鴨肉ではない)、豚チャーシュー、穂先メンマ、つけ汁に玉ねぎ、水菜
炙り肉丼 ガーリックバターで味付けされた豚がのっているミニ丼。こちらも結構肉は柔らかくそれなりに美味しい。
総評 ニーズアンドクリエイトの1文字系のお店だ。この系列はラーメンよりつけ麺の麺がとにかく美味い。歯ごたえもあり喉越しも良いし太すぎず細すぎずで。さて、今回の鴨のつけめんだが鴨感が少なくて普通に美味しい鶏出汁の醤油つけめんだったかな。結構しつこくはないけど甘みが強め。普通に美味しいのだがこちらのグループの1文字系の店の蟹や伊勢海老のラーメンやつけめんの濃厚な出汁の味からするとやはりもう少し鴨感を出してほしいなと感じる。
