町駅近くに同じようなお店がありますが、こちらは品川通り沿いにあるお店。
向こうは地鶏と伊勢海老でしたがこちらは鴨と蟹。
そんな鴨と蟹なお店で初めて頼んだのは何故か金目鯛。
直前まで鴨な気分だったのですが券売機の前でなぜか金目鯛に心変り。
出てきた金目鯛ラーメンは流石に綺麗なビジュアルで金目鯛が人切れ乗っています。
匂いだけだと金目鯛感はありませんが、一口スープを食べると金目鯛風味が広がります。
ただ、少し魚臭さがあるかも。
食べ続けると気にならなくなりますが一口目はそんな印象。
ベースは多分鶏出汁かと思われ、風味になれるとそっちを強く感じますが、それはそれで美味しいので有りです。
ちなみに頑とは色々と作りが似てるので多分系列。
色々な食材を実験しているのかな？と思ってみたり。
値段的にそんなに高くもないので利用する方としてはありがたい存在です。
