仙川のメイン商店街に、スタンド蕎麦店がオープンしたとのことで、早速入ってみました。
「星乃珈琲店」や「洋風麺五右衛門」などを経営する会社が運営し、同蕎麦店は8店舗目のようです。
スタンド蕎麦店といっても座席が設けられ、広々とた店内は清潔感のある感じです。
初訪問のスタンド蕎麦店では、看板メニューか「かき揚げ蕎麦」を頂くのが自分流。
という事で今回は「かき揚げ蕎麦」を頂きます。
鰹風味が効いた出汁は、関西風の旨味優先で塩味控えめな感じです。
麺は蕎麦粉7割くらいでしょうか。
凄く特長がある訳ではありませんが、生麺の茹でたてのようで、コシがありスタンド蕎麦としては普通美味しい。
天ぷらは注文後に一つ一つ揚げており、香ばしく中々良い。
全体的には、リーズナブルな価格設定なので、普段使いがしやすいお店でした。
次回は天ぷらの揚げ時間を延ばす事が出来るか確認してみよう。
