日本酒の種類が豊富な料理も旨い居酒屋さん♪ : Kikizake Dainingu Shiki

The last time I came was when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom. Today is a hot and humid early summer evening. I was thinking about where to hold my usual uncle's party, and I came across a nice restaurant, so I made a reservation and went to visit it. (3.06 points as of June 25, 2016) I had ordered the sashimi platter in advance, so I felt safe and arrived early, and everyone was there. Since I didn't drink it, I thought it was probably everyone's day off (lol). I sat down and had a glass of the bottled beer that everyone was drinking. Some people were also drinking Japanese sake, so I also got some. There are a lot of choices, but I'll be pouring something like Yamahai or old sake, which has a very unique taste. ヾ(￣o￣;) Wow, this is tough from the beginning. So, I don't know how many bottles, but from here on out. I got the sake of my choice. Since it was a Friday, they were out of sake, but there were about 10 types of sake that I could enjoy. Last time I went, it was the first one on a weekday. However, there are about 20 types.If you include shochu, there are probably more than 30 types.The lineup is as good as ever, and the owner seems to be learning a lot. There were other items as well.The ingredients change depending on the season, so it's a restaurant you can enjoy every month ^^b As for the food, I only ordered sashimi, but they had a good selection of toppings. The sashimi, kakiage, sausages, etc. were all delicious ^^b I definitely recommend ordering Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) for the final meal. You can enjoy a variety of flavors, so I think everyone will enjoy it. Even though you paid for it and drank it. The prices were reasonable, and I would like to visit this restaurant again ^^b It can be enjoyed by 1 or 2 people or a large group ♪ [b: - Taste rating -] [b: Sashimi] Tuna, bonito, yellowtail, sea bream all. It's quite a topping and it's delicious. It looks gorgeous, and this is the kind of sashimi that you must reserve in advance ^^b [b: Fried Wiener] I don't know what kind of stuff they use, but this is delicious!! The saltiness is just like the meat. The flavor is perfect and goes well with Japanese sake. This is a must-order. [b: Sakura shrimp kakiage] The Sakura shrimp and vegetables have a nice volume and a crispy texture. The flavor of the Sakura shrimp is very good. This is delicious. [b:Kamameshi] This time, I ordered 3 types. There were 7 people, so I thought this would be just the right amount. All of the kamameshi used good ingredients and were delicious♪ The soup stock was also good. Because it works well, you can enjoy every grain of rice. [b:General review] The selection of sake is the best.The quality of the food is also good. The prices are reasonable, and if it's near your home, you'll want to visit this shop at least once a week. Today, my friend invited me to a drinking party at work to go see the cherry blossoms. Even though it's called cherry blossom viewing, it's actually a drinking party at a restaurant ^^b (3.03 points as of April 10, 2019) 5 or 6 minutes walk from Fuchu Station on the Keio Line. We have a shop on Sakura-dori Street in Fuchu. This area has a civic center and a park in Fufu, making it a place for citizens to relax. The exterior of the store is stylish, with wood as the main theme. It also has a glass window, so you can see what's going on inside. The entrance is smooth and there are not many steps. The inside of the store has a warm and calm atmosphere and looks comfortable. The main seats are at tables, but there are also counter seats where you can sit by the window and enjoy your meal while looking outside. There seems to be a regular menu and a daily menu, and the menu is on the table, but the daily menu is hung on the wall. There are some rare items, but most of the basic items are there. Also, I recommend Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), so it's a good idea to order it as a finishing touch ♪ As for drinks, they have most of the usual drinks, but the selection of sake and shochu is pretty good. This chicken is soft and delicious ♪ The batter is light and you can eat as many of these as you like (lol) [b: Smoked Kinka mackerel] The type where you can really feel the fat of the mackerel! It has no odor and has just the right amount of seasoning, so I think it can be enjoyed with either shochu or sake.
