The pastry chef from Fuchu uses his solid skills and carefully selected ingredients to create these sweets. I've been watching them since they first opened. Prices have risen considerably due to rising prices, but I still feel they're reasonable. The chocolate cake is named after the shop, "Lumiere," and is a delicately constructed cake that is impressive! I highly recommend trying it. The Mont Blanc also has a consistent taste. It's a sweet, satisfying cake. There are no photos, but I recommend the fluffy chocolate for birthdays. The beautifully finished Chocolate is the beauty of high skill. Be sure to savor Chocolate in the middle of the flower! There are special offers for members. I hope you won't be fooled by the unique names of the baked goods, but enjoy them. The Florentine is my favorite.
