先日満員で並ぶのをやめたお店。お昼の時間がずれたので再チャレンジです。
手を触れなくてもよいアルコール消毒機が入口にあり、除菌用の分厚い個包装のペーパーおしぼりを出していただいたり、常に入口の扉が少し空いていて、コロナ対策を十分に気をつけているお店でした。こういうのは信用出来るお店ですよね！
メニューには567円の安いランチもあり、飛びつこうかと思いましたが、天もりの大盛(1350円)を注文。
ちょうどランチのピークを過ぎていて、お客が少なかったので数分で配膳されました。
盛られたお蕎麦を見たら見事な包丁裁きを思わせる細麺。たまに細い麺も隠れていて、手打ち＆蕎麦切りを実践されているんでしょう。
まずは何もつけずにお蕎麦を食すと、細麺なのに噛みごたえ十分！そして蕎麦の香りがやってくる！こんな美味しいお蕎麦を近場で食べられるのは嬉しい限りです！
もう少し茹でた方が良いという人もいるかもしれませんが、私的にはお蕎麦を食べていると実感できるちょうど良い堅さです。
天ぷらの数も多く、メインの海老は衣で誤魔化さずに尻尾の最後までしっかりと海老がいました(笑)
更に国内産の厳選素材を使った、東京二八蕎麦というメニューもあるみたいです。これは夜にリピート確定です。
これは私の中では名店の卵ですね。行列が出来ない程度に流行り続けて欲しいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
