在宅勤務が5日続いたが、久々の出勤。
20時過ぎに分倍河原に帰ってくると、飲食店はどこもやってない。
飲み屋はアルコールは19時まで、営業は20時までが徹底されてるようだ。
仕方ないので松屋でテイクアウトするか。
店内へ入ると松屋もテイクアウトのみでの営業のようだ。
食券のマシーンは、テイクアウトの食券しか買えなくなっている。
プレミアム牛めし並380円をPayPayで購入。
PayPayに80円近く帰ってきた。
牛めしはすぐに完成。
紅生姜は2パックもらう。
どちらかというと、私は吉野家派。
松屋の牛丼も嫌いじゃないけど、なんか違うなーという感じがする。
家に帰り、冷蔵庫からビールを取り出し、牛丼のお供にする。
紅生姜と七味を牛丼にぶちまける。
うまい、だけど違う。
何が違うんだろう。
吉野家に比べて、脂っこいのかな。
松屋はプレミアム牛めしと謳ってるからいい肉を使ってるんだろうか。
そんなこんなであっという間に完食。
どこか物足りなさを感じるのは、牛丼のせいか、それとも他に理由があるのか。
ごちそうさまでした。

The restaurant was closed for about a week and then renovated. I don't usually go to Matsuya, but it seems to have reopened, so I went there for breakfast. The interior of the restaurant has been changed from an L-shaped counter to table seats and a counter facing the wall. It's still clean because it's been renovated. The biggest change is that it's now self-service. When you buy a meal ticket, your order is sent to the kitchen, and when it's ready, you're called by number. This system is common in many places these days, so it doesn't feel strange. You also pour your own water and tea. You take away your tray yourself after you've finished eating. What bothered me was that even when customers came in, they didn't say a word of "Welcome." There was no word when the customer left. If you look closely, there was no word when the food was served. It gave me the impression that Matsuya's quality has fallen to this extent. When I finished eating and went to the return counter to take the food back, the staff was muttering something, but I couldn't hear what they were saying. Even if the restaurant has been renovated, I don't feel like going there. Keep up the good work.
