The best lasagna! Homemade fresh pasta mixed with meat sauce and melty cheese~(*￣∇￣)ノ
In front of Fuchu Station at 12 noon. I'm taking a day off today to do some errands. What, isn't every day like a vacation? Please leave me alone~(-_-ﾒ) I took the opportunity to go to ``Let's go eat Italian food'' that I had BM'd based on My Review's review. I ordered the following. ■Excellent lasagna (1800 yen excluding tax) ■Set (+ 500 yen excluding tax) Salad + drink First, the salad arrived. A salad with mainly leafy vegetables. It is decorated with cubes of sweet potatoes, turnips, etc., and the visuals are quite impressive. Then, the leafy vegetables were topped with potato chips. After finishing the salad, the lasagna, which had been slowly baked in an iron pot, arrived. Crispy, fox-broiled cheese. At the bottom is a flat plate of fresh pasta that is said to be homemade. Delicious with meat sauce and cheese. When you lift the pasta, the cheese melts (*￣∇￣)ノ After dinner, we have tea. Earl Grey. I have some time before my next appointment, so I'll go to my favorite cafe, so I'll skip the coffee here... It's nice to have a vacation after all! ホテルでのテレワークの息抜きに夕食をいただきに此方を訪問したのは夜8時過ぎ。
先ずは、毎月やって来る苦痛な打合せが終わったのを祝して、スプマンテでひとりお疲れ様の乾杯〜(*￣∇￣)ノ
3食限定だという以下を注文。
海老・烏賊・小柱・あさりの入った
超濃厚海老出汁入りトマトクリームソース
"ペスカトーレ"
イカスミを練り込んだ手打ちパスタ
"フィットチーネ"
嗚呼〜なんて長い名前だw
料理の提供まで20分くらいかかるというので、サラダを注文。
サラダは、前回ランチの訪問でいただいた、さつま芋、蕪、水菜などの野菜に酸味溢れるドレッシング、ポテトチップスのトッピングというヤツ。
中々、美味しい。
スプマンテの酔が回って来た頃に、前述の長い名前のパスタが到着。
イカスミを練り込んだという生パスタに濃厚な海老のトマトクリームソースが絡んで旨い〜(*￣∇￣)ノ
付合せのパンでソースを拭っていただいたら、テレワークに戻るべくお会計。
〆て3080円也。
