初めての訪問。19:30頃で先客は数名とちょっと寂しいです。
立ち食いですが、座りもあります。
違いは、立ち食い専用のセットとかがあるのと、飲み物が安くなるようで、食事は同じようです。
オーダはQRコードを読み込み、そこから自分のスマホでオーダし、会計も自分で精算機でおこないます。非常に先進的です。
さて食事、まずはグラスビールからはじめます。
そして、すぐ出てくるつまみ、葉わさびつまみをオーダ。
このわさびはメチャ辛いというか、きついので、お気をつけてください。
あとはしらすおろしに浅漬けきゅうりをいただきます。こちらは普通。
中とろ、いくら、うに、こういか、カンパチなど普通のネタはもちろん、
生さばや桜海老、生しらすもちゃんとあって、なかなかいけます。
なめろうもいい。
どれも、それなりに美味しく、さすが廉価版の回転ずしとは違います。
うにやいくらもちゃんとした美味しいネタです。
穴子はフワっとしていて、結構いけますね。
日本酒は、刈穂や紀土などもあり、なかなか。
最後〆にあら汁をいただきましたが、こちらはちょっと。不味くはありませんが。。
とはいえ、全体としてはなかなか良いお店です。
良く飲む方は、立ちがいいと思います。
