数年ぶりに訪問
母がどうしても行ってみたいってことで連れてった。
狛江にはなかなかこういうお店がないのと週末ってことで
お客さんの回転は良い感じ。
そのため、スタッフさんの手が回ってないんだろうな。
オーダーは遅いし、他のお客さんも愚痴ってた｡｡｡
お料理は、どれも味付けが濃すぎて、母もビックリしてた笑
この日は店長さんもいたそうですけど、忙しいからなのか
教育ができてないと思うし、更に有り得ないのが
バイト君が仕事終わりに荷物をカウンターにドン！置いて
他のお客さんと知人なのか、立ち飲みスタイルで話し出す始末
若者向けのお店なんだろうけど、飲食店としての質が。
高級店に行く機会が増えて物の見方も変わったと思うけど
運営する側の仕事をしていた経験が長いので余計に目につく。
狛江は個人店さんも多く、懸命に頑張ってるお店も多いので
すぐ近くのTOKIOさんや、違うイタリアン行った方がよかった
料理の写真すらも撮る気になれなかったのは久しぶり…
その苛立ちと残念感ゆえ、ハイペースで飲み過ぎたw
