まずは瓶ビール大瓶と「馬刺し」、
「大和煮」から注文
すべて光の速さで到着
午前中に運動してそのまま来たので嬉しい誤算
そして久しぶりに大瓶と出会えて嬉しい
まずは馬刺しをひとくち
ん～明らかに冷凍ではない
美味しい
柔らかく当然新鮮でたまらない
厚みと大きさも今までにないくらい大きい
薬味もわさび、生姜、にんにくから選べます
もちろんにんにくで
「大和煮」は獣肉を砂糖や醤油、
生姜などの香辛料で濃く味付けした煮物のこと
馬肉が新鮮なせいか、味付けは濃くなく
歯応えがあり肉感を存分に感じられる
七味をかけてビールを流し込む
「肉なべ」ははしごしたかったので悩んだけど
両サイドで食べていると我慢できない
肉なべの並みと上の違いは野菜の種類の差とのこと
まだまだ飲みたいので並みにしておく
割り下はかなりあっさりで
飲んでもくどくない
火の通った馬刺しも美味しいんだと感じた
ただし火入れし過ぎると固くなって
美味しくないとのことで
しゃぶしゃぶ感覚でいいとのこと
まぁ生で食べられますからね
生卵もつけてすき焼き風にしていただく
後半煮詰めてくるとネギに染みた味が
濃くなっていくのでこれまた美味しい
先に馬肉を食べて
後半に染みた野菜を食べるのがオススメ

いやぁ美味しかった
運動後の馬刺しなんて良いことしかないですね
今後は馬刺しはここで食べます
