日曜日のランチで訪問、肉出汁とエビのGT¥1000を食券機で購入。
・塩味を感じるスープ、旨みはあるものの正体はよく分からず。海老は干しエビがパラパラ見えるが味はさほど感じず。それよりフライドガーリックの主張が強い。食べ進めるとソボロみたいな肉片が出てくるのでコレが肉出汁の元？
・麺はあまりお目にかからない太麺でモチモチと言うか多加水麺。麺量は220gということで結構な量。
・具材はホロホロのチャーシューと水菜、メンマ、海苔、玉ねぎざく切り。チャーシュー美味いけどちっちゃ。水菜は必然性が分からず。
・空いてました。入店時は声がけも無くそういう店かと思ったが、食券購入後は打って変わってニコニコ接客。退店時には引き戸を開けてくれる親切ぶり。色々あったんかなー、と思わせる。終始ワンオペ。
・スタート価格¥1000にコミットする内容に感じづらいかも。相当にこだわりありそうなんだが。
