駅前繁華街のとあるビル。カンボジアの国旗や写真が飾られている階段を登ること３階にありました
因みに２階は雀荘です
店内もカンボジア一色で棚にはクメール語入門の本が販売されていました

コォサイチュルークは豚角煮になります。クメール料理(カンボジアも同意)は中国文化などからも影響を受けているそうで
たっぷりの長ネギとコショウがかけられていてラーメン屋さんの匂いしかしません
でも煮汁は生薬も感じられ甘塩っぱいいつものアジアンテイストでした
しっかり煮込まれたホロホロ豚肉は脂身少なめ、故に汁もあっさりなもの
なので汁ごとご飯にかけても罪悪感は低いのです

鶏と野菜の炒めものとたっぷりの揚げ春雨を合わせたものでナッツをふりかけスナック感覚でバリバリとイケるやつでした
ただ一人で食べるには大きなもので角煮ライスの後にコレはキツかった
ホールの真ん中に自由に使える薬味が置いてあり酢唐辛子で少し軽くなってなんとか食べ切るのに成功…

温かい葛のようなあんが強烈な甘さでココナッツミルクに緑豆、塩気のあるクルトンが助け舟、腹は辛いが頼んでよかった
知らない料理ばかりでしたがクメール料理の経験値が少し上がったかもしれない晩餐でした。
