この頃の焼肉店さんは、煙がもうもうとしていない店が多くなってきたのね。
このやしちさんも思ったよりお店が広く、お洒落。全く煙が・・・・ない。
したがって床も滑らないし壁も綺麗なまま。
焼肉屋さんなのに目の前まで徒歩で行っても、焼肉の匂いがしない。あれ？
間違えたと思うぐらい。高級焼き肉店はこうなんだね。
その日はお客様が来たので、家から15分ほど歩いて、おもてなしの気持ちで
このお店へ。
GOTOの時期だけど、それを利用するには前日予約じゃないとダメだそうで、
電話で席だけとり20時頃いざテーブル席へ。店内はほぼ満員。人気店だ。
とりあえず1100円のタンと1380円のカルビを頼む。金森なんとかと言う肉
に卵をまぶして食べる1580円のも注文し、お酒とカルビクッパ、ビビンバも
頼む。
お肉は味付けした状態で来るけど、皆、薄味。肉質はやっぱり凄く良い！
タレは２種類、レモンと塩もついてくる。ビビンバを頼むとワカメスープとコ
チュジャンも。
私は知人と話すのに忙しくメニューも見なかったけど、海鮮類もある。当然、
野菜もあるし、タンはタン下と言って、少しコリコリした部位もある。
こちらは少々安いので、食べ応えあるタンが好きな人にはこれが良い。
カルビも２人前960円と言うのもあったので、たくさん安く食べたい人は、こ
っちでも良いかも。
私と友人は、肉を焼き焼きし酒とチューハイを飲み、美味しい肉を割とたくさ
ん食べて２人で7800円ほど。一人3900円なので割とリーズナブルでは？
特にカルビクッパが美味しかったなー。２人分ぐらいあるしね。
ただ、タレが少し好みでは無かったなー。私はもっと焼肉屋って感じのタレが
好きなので、ここのは少々あっさり目でニンニクが効いてないなと。日本人好
みのタレなんでしょう。
また家族で一回、行ってみたいですね。
