日光が有名らしいですが、天然氷を作っている蔵元なら
高根町(山梨県)の八義(やつよし)も聞きますよね。
冬場に池に？水を張り凍らせて氷を作り、切り出したら
夏場まで氷室に貯蔵しておくのでしたっけ...
