At the invitation of my new boss, on my way back from Yamanashi to Yokohama, I stopped off at Machida and had a feast with staff who lived nearby. Since my boss was the one paying for it, I'm not sure which course it was, but it was probably a 2-hour meal with 7 dishes. I had heard from my boss that highballs were alcoholic, and he was right. The all-you-can-drink system allows you to choose from five types of highballs (whiskey), all of which were delicious, but my favorite was the king. Also, the food is not ordinary, but it feels like it is carefully prepared, which sets it apart from your average Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). So, I did some research and found out that it is a directly managed store of Hibiya Bar!
