DX all-you-can-eat course. first…. ★ Cow tongue with salt ★Pork ribs ★Tori thigh ★Yagen Nankotsu (rice bran). After eating that, I started ordering more! ★Salted Cow tongue tongue ★Aged skirt steak ★Aged short ribs ★Eringi mushrooms ★Salt-grilled shrimp with heads ★Salt-grilled oysters with butter ★Chicken and egg soup ★Choregi salad…. I received a lot of things like that. All of them were delicious. I ordered Cow tongue onions as a condiment, thinking it would be salted beef tongue, but instead of chopped green onions, I received long, thinly sliced green onions. Personally, I think chopped green onions would be better (^.^) The salt-grilled shrimp with heads was delicious, but when I ordered it again, I was told that it was out of stock. Disappointed. The chicken egg soup was flavored with sesame oil and was delicious, but it was a little salty. I received ice cream puffs after the meal, which was a great way to cleanse my palate!
