小田急線町田駅より徒歩3分、1977（昭和52）年創業の居酒屋店「酒蔵 初孫」さん。
お伺いしたのは週末の20時半ごろ。町田呑みの2軒目に利用し、以下を注文しました。
・黍魚子、生しらす、桜海老の刺身3種盛り
・はんぺん納豆
・アスパラ焼き
・ニラのお浸し黄身乗せ
生しらすの刺身を注文したところ、今日は残り少ないのでってことで、黍魚子と桜海老の刺身を入れて3種盛りにしてくれました！
こういう心遣い、めちゃくちゃ嬉しいなぁ…。しかもどれも旨い！黍魚子は口に入れた瞬間、旨みが舌でバーストするレベル。一発で気に入りました。
はんぺん納豆も優しい旨さだし、アスパラ焼きはホクホクと美味。ニラのお浸しは酒のアテにドンピシャ！どの品も甲乙つけ難いレベルだし、お酒がどんどん進みます。
ゆったりとした店内の雰囲気は心地よく、気付けば2時間ほど滞在しちゃうほどの良店でした！お値段も「え？これでいいの？」と思うほどの価格設定。
初孫さん、もっと評価されても良いお店なのではないでしょうか？また必ずお伺いします！
