PR for restaurants |
An 8-minute walk from Naruse Station, this soba restaurant boasts firm soba noodles, located next to Machida City Kanamori Library.
Matsuya is a restaurant that takes pride in its chewy soba and udon noodles. The Zaru and Mori are good, but the curry is also recommended. In addition, our soba broth is made using only domestic ingr |
This shop is located next to the Kanamori Library in Naruse. I stopped in on a walk. (There are several parking spaces available.) The shop had a refreshing atmosphere. I went in at 12:30, but there was no one there, so I was able to sit wherever I wanted. 10 minutes later, an elderly man who seemed to be a regular customer entered the shop alone and ordered as if he was used to it. It was cold, so I ordered nabeyaki udon. About 10 minutes later, a piping hot nabeyaki udon was brought to me. When I tried to open the lid, it was so hot that I couldn't hold it. Haha. I took the lid off with a handkerchief. The nabeyaki udon contained handmade udon Tempura, large shrimp tempura, spinach, soft-boiled egg, gluten, kamaboko, narutomaki, bamboo shoots, and green onions. The udon noodles were handmade, so they were smooth and chewy and delicious. The noodle soup was also delicious and I never got tired of it. Nabeyaki udon was very delicious on a cold day. It's 1,320 yen including tax, so I guess it's not so good value for money. But looking at the other menu items, the Mori Soba is 580 yen, so it's reasonable. I'm grateful to be able to eat delicious handmade noodles in a residential area. Next time I'll come to eat the handmade soba. Thank you for the delicious Nabeyaki Udon!
