町田市金森図書館の横にあるお店で、前から気になっていました。最近、食べログで高評価を得ていることを知り、本日、初めてうかがいました。
店に入ると、チャイコフスキーのバレー音楽が流れており、そば屋とクラッシクの組み合わせに好感。
初めてでしたので、定番をと考え、「天ざるソバ」（\1,450）を注文。
ソバは非常にコシがあり、また、つゆは甘さ控えめで、非常に美味しく感じました。つゆは、あるいは、人によっては、塩辛いと感ずるかも知れませんが、ソバにつける量を控えめにすれば、おいしくいただけると思います。もちろん、ネギとわさびがついています。
また、天ぷらも、大きなえび、キス、イカ、それに、カボチャ、ナス、ピーマンとボリュームたっぷりで、さくっと揚がっており美味しかったです。ありがたかったのは、そばつゆとは別に、天ぷらのつゆと大根おろしがつけられていた点です。おかげで、ソバも天ぷらも、それぞれに合ったつゆで堪能することができました。
なお、そば湯はもう少し濃厚なほうが良いように感じましたし、また、その量も少なめで、最後にちょっと残念でした。
