小海老とキノコ、季節野菜のアヒージョはニンニクと唐辛子が効いていて、スパイシーな中に旨みが凝縮されているように思う
キノコたっぷり、エビたっぷりと旨み成分を引き出すために作られたような料理でオイルをつけたパンも最高だと思う
PIZZAマルゲリータはシンプルな中に、トマトの甘さが広がっていく
生地はサクサクでソースがトロトロのサクトロピザだ
今まで食べたマルゲリータの中でもかなり最高だ
イタリア本場のものよりも、日本人向けに塩の量を減らすなどのアレンジをしてできた至極な味と思う
ピザのミミをとっておいて、次のパスタのソースにつけて食べると、最高だった
カシスオレンジと合わせてうっとり
渡り蟹とモッツァレラチーズのトマトクリームソースパスタは渡り蟹のコクやほんのりした苦みも、細めの麺にしっかり絡むね
チーズと渡り蟹の身がたくさん入ったソースも、思わず皿を直接舐めたくなるような美味しさでこちらの料理の技の趣の深さを、感じさせられた
オマール海老のロースト ソースアメリケーヌは殻の部分は、しっかり焼いて風味を出し、中の身はふんわりと仕上げてあるね
味噌がふわっと磯の香りを出していて、口の中に入れるとしっかり広がっていき、美味しい！ジンジャーエールと美味しく合わせる
サーロインステーキは甘くほろ苦いソースが、ミディアムレアのお肉の旨みを引き出たせる
菜の花、たけのこ、アスパラガスといった、春を感じさせる脇役の存在も見逃せないよね
オレンジジュースと合わせるのも美味しい
4種テザートの盛り合わせはチョコレートブラウニー、パンナコッタ、バナナのパウンドケーキ、モンテビアンコの4種類だった
フィナーレに相応しい優しい甘さだ
コースを通してオーケストラのコンサートを見たような印象を覚える
ランチ時だけに、女性を中心に満席であったのも味わいで納得
休日ランチは34種類のスパゲッティと8種類のリゾットが1,100円で楽しめるなど、お得のようだ
店内は庶民的で入りやすい雰囲気であったり
洋服にパスタのソースが飛んでしまったのだが、洗剤付きのおしぼりをすぐに持ってきてくれたりと店員さんの気遣いも素晴らしいお店
特にマルゲリータは必食かな
