お店はヘルシーでおしゃれならーめんで有名な胡心房が出しているカレー屋さん。
らーめん好きでも圧倒的にこっちの方が好み。
オープン当初は非常に手間をかけて様々なメニューを用意していたが
リニューアル後は少しメニューを絞り提供時間を早くした印象。
肉メニューやデザートのセットは感動級だったので無くなって残念。
それでもこのお店は素晴らしい。
最初に出てくるお野菜は町田産。時期によって色々な野菜が出てきます。
見たことない野菜もたくさん。人参4種とかカブが数種など食べ比べがたのしい。
野菜は深めのお皿に1杯乗るだけ自由に取れる。
そしてすごいのは手作りのドレッシング。野菜がおいしい上にドレッシングがまたすごい。
野菜だけおかわりしたい位。
惣菜がカウンターに並んでおりこれは食べ放題。
その時々でHITがあります。センスの良さが光ります。
カレーは数種ありますが赤は食べれないのでキーマを頂く事が多いです。
すっきりとしたカレーはスパイスに加えて和出汁が効いていたりその時折で様々な味わい。
いつも同じでは無いのにいつも本当においしい。創作カレー。
このセンスは真似できない。
おしゃれで高級感があり味わい深いカレー。
時間があればいつでも行きたい。
カレー好きでなくてもここは絶対おすすめです。
