Beare(ベアーレ)は小田急線町田駅から徒歩1分のビルの3階にあるイタリアンレストランです。
エレベータを降りるとそのまま店内となりますが、入口には庭がしつらえてあり、テーブル席の奥にはカウンターもあります。店内のインテリアやスタイリッシュな看板は全てオーナーシェフの結城さんが自ら考えたものです。
結城さんはイタリアンのお店で15年も修業し、また料理長として10年勤めたのちに町田にBeareを開店しました。
食材には横浜産の旬な地野菜や信頼できる業者さんから仕入れた新鮮な魚介類、A5ランクの牛肉など素材にもこだわっています。
結城さんの得意料理は自家製手打ちパスタです。モチモチした食感を出すため小麦粉からこだわりフランス粉とセモリナ粉をオリジナルの配合でブレンドし、もちもち感をだしています、またピザも生地にこだわり手作りしているそうです。
今回も、妻と２人でお昼に伺いました。いただいたメニューは以下の通りです。

本日のパスタとソフトドリンクのセットです。
この日のパスタは「ソーセージと春キャベツと菜花のアンチョビオイル系パスタ」でした。
本日のパスタランチ＋パスタグレードアップ 1030円＋320円
本日のパスタとサラダ、ソフトドリンクのセットです。
本日のパスタランチは追加料金でパスタを変更できます。
パスタの種類によって金額が違うのですが「あさりと旬の野菜ジェノベーゼパスタ」にしてみました。
どちらのセットもソフトドリンクは8種類から選べますが、同じものにはなりますが2杯いただけます。
ジャスミンティーと辛口のジンジャーエールを選びました。
本日のパスタランチのサラダはサニーレタスと水菜がメインのグリーンサラダにフレンチドレッシングとパルメザンチーズがかけてあります。
サラダのシャキシャキした新鮮な野菜にチーズの風味が合ってとても美味しいです。
パスタは熱々で提供されます。素材だけでなく火の入れ方も絶妙で、どちらの味ももちもちした自家製手打ちパスタにあっています。
残念ながら当方には塩味が強かったのですが、あらかじめお願いすれば調整してくれるそうです。
