再訪確定です。美味しかったです。
初訪問。
アミューズからデザートまで全ての料理が丁寧で素晴らしかった。
一皿目のアミューズが出た時に、「結構小さめポーションお高いお店」かと思ったらとんでも無い誤解でした。
その後手の込んだ前菜が二皿も(アミューズを前菜と勘違い。。)
アオリイカのカルパッチョはゲソは炙ってあり、一仕事。
ハモとマッシュルームのフリット。
それだけでも美味しいのに、その下にひいてあるコーンのリゾットが絶品。
パスタはズッキーニとホタテのジェノベーゼ。
ジェノベーゼの色が鮮やか。。パコジェットを使ってるのかな。
ホタテは火は入っているけれど生のような甘さ。
メインの豚肉もバリうま。
デザート、お茶菓子も。
一つ言えるのは、また絶対訪問したいです。

前回は昨年の夏に訪問。とても美味しかったのでまた行きたいなあとずっと思っていました。
今回もランチコースをいただく。
季節も違うのでメニューも異なりますが、どれもこれもおいしかった。
一つ一つの料理が丁寧で、特にどの料理もソースが美味しい！
またご褒美ランチに訪問したいです。
